Payroll processing PaySpace is a completely online payroll software solution meaning that no installation or backups are required and it can be accessed from anywhere in the world on any major browser on as many workstations at the same time and whenever you like. No Pay runs are necessary on the PaySpace payroll software. The component real-time engine calculates and outputs all results as the user inserts the inputs. Payslip Data input can thus be continually changed 24 hours a day wherever you are up until payday. Everything will run from month to month automatically. The sms will have a breakdown of all allowances and deductions as well as the leave balance for a particular month. This is extremely convenient when an employee wishes to quickly check their payslip figures or leave balance at any time. To test this feature for FREE, sms the word TEST to 0741 SALARY and an example payslip will be sent to your mobile phone immediately from our payroll software. Should an employee wish to get hold of the physical payslip they have one of two options. They could request that their payslip be sent to a fax number or an email address and a copy of the physical payslip will be sent immediately from our payroll software. Both of the services above are offered by PaySpace payroll software for FREE. This means that there is no cost to the employer or the employee for using this feature. The only cost applicable is the cost of sending the original sms, requesting the payslip, to our sms number and this cost is charged to the employee's cell phone account by their respective service provider at the prescribed rate which is dependant on the employee's contract or package.
