Payspace has reduced the clerical time spent on preparing payroll for several reasons; the system is very user friendly and will take minimal effort to learn and understand due to its content layout and design. Information is easy to enter and once entered this is accurately reflected on the payslips. The telephonic support is extremely efficient and accommodating to our requests for assistance. The accessibility to historical payroll information is very useful and easily obtainable, this was something which I saw as a drawback in our previous solution and the fact that our information is immediately, automatically and securely backed up provides great comfort as previously each period had to be updated and backed-up manually which created possibility for errors. The cost of Payspace is competitive and well worth its usefulness.
