Savvy technology puts Netcash on top of the game
Software solutions owner Daniel Putra of Profida says he uses third-party payments provider Netcash to process debit orders on behalf of his clients and adds that Netcash is the most technologically advanced bureau in South Africa.
"Profida has developed sophisticated software solutions for the Financial Services and Insurance Industry. All our packages are customised to suit our clients and our cutting edge technology requires that our partners and suppliers have programs that speak the same language," says Putra.
Profida provides services to over 400 clients across South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe and the UK. Given the integration and various legislation challenges, Netcash offers Profida an automated service. Putra explains, "Netcash’s web hosted service is fully integrated into our system. There is no need for human intervention and uploading of data, email correspondence or any manual processing is eliminated." The Netcash system electronically processes all debit orders and any rejections are communicated via an automated report sent to the end user.
Netcash has better enabled Profida to manage the legalities of processing debit orders for movable companies. "Other debit order bureaus are unable to open multiple accounts for the same company with different divisions. This creates administration and processing constraints. The Netcash system enables us to create sub-accounts on one customer accounts without the hassle of duplication. This allows for one log-in on one platform, which is a much nicer facility," says Putra.
Whilst Profida makes use of 3 to 4 other debit order bureaus to ensure that their clients have a choice of suppliers, they have no hesitation in highlighting Netcash as the ‘most technologically advanced bureau in South Africa’. There money blocking system and immediate release of broker commissions, further endorses Netcash as having a truly universal system.
